Entering South East Queensland’s extremely competitive property development industry in the late 1990’s, the Hatia Property Corporation has rapidly cleared the ranks to establish itself as a rising star. The Hatia Property Corporation (HPC) comprises a private/limited liability property development company with residential projects under construction worth in excess of AUD $400 million gross realization. The Corporation also includes a property investment trust with assets in excess of AUD$40 million.
Within 9 months of arriving in Australia, Faisal Hatia became involved in a subivision project at Ferny Grove near Brisbane. Ferny Hills was the development of sixty-one house and land packages, becoming HPC’s first Australian project. In the few years since, the corporation has become involved in eight further projects in the residential, commercial and industrial property arenas. These high profile projects have earned the organisation and its visionary leader Faisal Haita respect and a well earned place among Queensland’s major developers.
These projects include a number one masterplanned residential developments now at various stages of construction including prestigious Huntington Downs acreage development. These will yield an approximate total of 1,000 new lots.
The Hatia Property Corporation is headed by Mr Faisal Hatia, who emigrated twenty years ago as a business migrant to Australia from Durban, South Africa. Soon after arriving in Australia, Mr Hatia quickly identified his desire and passion to enter the property development field.
